I disagree with this article. Most of us do not eat enough protein in a day, especially those who are active. I also do not see the average american including porterhouse steaks, salmon and lentils in there daily diet! Depending on activity levels and goals we need one half to one gram of protein per pound of body weight to maintain normal body function and build lean muscle mass.

1/2 scoop – vanilla whey protein
1 Cup – unsweetened almond milk
5 – whole walnuts
